After Humvee passed so suddenly, it was time for a vet checkup for the Car Kittens. We got mostly good news. The vet said that they all look okay for now, but the littles are not thriving like the bigger kittens. They are what vets call thrifty kittens. The next couple weeks will be crucial for them and they are too young for any medications. I will be giving them pedialyte to help keep them hydrated and going back to extra nightly feedings every 3 hours. I should have named these kittens the coffee kittens because it looks like I'll be drinking a lot of it!
They were all ready for a nap when we got home. So I had an adorable waterfall of kittens.
